A variety of focused Cisco Qualified Specialist certifications are also available to show knowledge in specific technologies, solutions or job roles. The CCNA training provides the foundation for networking knowledge. CCNA certified professionals can install, configure and operate LAN, WAN and dial access services for smaller networks and gain a good understanding of the various networking protocols. CCNP training provides more advanced network training including security, convergence, QoS, VPN and broadband technologies. CCNP professionals can install, configure and troubleshoot larger organisations networks with up to 500 nodes.
