'Floor-walking' provides on site support in the first few days of system implementation. This is a key part of any rollout as it provides reassurance and additional guidance for users.

All floorwalkers are easily identifiable on the day by wearing a red t-shirt. The floorwalkers help to filter user support issues and solve many problems on the floor rather than the help desk being flooded with unnecessary calls.
