Harbrook has a detailed understanding of Cisco products and solutions and have developed and delivered specialist training to Cisco customers and Internal staff in various theatres around the world. This training is primarily focused on the Service Provider market and includes Cisco's key NMS/OSS applications. Our current training offerings are detailed below:
Harbrook are the only authorised training partner in the Americas and EMEA for Cisco's flagship IP VPN Provisioning Tool: ISC (IP Solution Center). As part of Harbrook's continued commitment to "hands-on" training we have developed a detailed set of lab exercises to accompany the ISC Course. These exercises are supported by a dedicated MPLS/VPN remote lab facility.
Having recently completed the development of the ISC 5.0 training materials we can now offer training from ISC versions 4.1 to 5.0
4-day ISC MPLS and L2VPN
(Including MPLS Diagnostics Expert MDE)
This is the primary ISC course and covers all aspects of ISC including MDE (MPLS Diagnostics Engine) but does not cover TEM (Traffic Engineering Manager).
1-day ISC Traffic Engineering Manager (TEM)
The TEM course is a 1day offering and this is often combined with the 4-day course above to make a full 5day course that covers all aspects of ISC. This course can also be offered as a standalone class for customers only requiring the Traffic Engineering Manager specific training.

1-day Cisco MPLS Diagnostics Expert (MDE)
This course is appropriate either for customers using MDE without the other modules of ISC or as additional training for staff that will only be using the MDE module of ISC.
