Things to do in Manchester

Bars

Manchester comes alive at night. Whether dressing up or dressing down, Manchester is famous for its music and club culture making for vibrant and dynamic nights out.

Pubs are still very much part of Manchester life. Traditional versus modern, the public house is as diverse as it is plentiful. From timber framed watering holes such as the City Arms, The Britons Protection and the Waterhouse to stylish upmarket bars such as Prohibition, where the urban posse frequent.

Restaurants

Manchester is renowned for restaurants serving cuisine from east to west and north to south. Freshly cooked fish and barbeques, eat as much as you like buffets or exquisite á la carte menus with many vegetarian options.

Why not try
